I saw a posting about a retreat on Facebook and immediately booked a spot, and lucky that I did because it filled up quick! The retreat was lovely. I met other moms at the breakfasts but other than that I spent a lot of time in my room resting and reading. I know some of the other moms went for a hike and went to the wine bar, but at this point I was exhausted and just needed to rest. I would definitely do it again, and next time I think I will be more social!
