I was in a panic when my cat Levi got his tail shut in the door. I tried to pay for his care at the vet by myself but the doctor confirmed the tip of his tail needed to be amputated. I didn't know what to do until I contacted Pet Assistant about my baby Levi. All I knew was i had to help him and Ruth brought a lot of comfort for this pet parent. A few months went by that when I took him to the vet for surgery this morning the doctor said it healed nicely because of the scar tissue. I will always be grateful and will keep you in contact.
