Review for Retinoblastoma International Inc, Fountain Valley, CA, USA
I have a family member who was treated for Retinoblastoma over 20 years ago when not many people (or even doctors) knew much about this disease. Like so many rare cancers, the name of the game is early detection, and Retinoblastoma International is leading the effort across the country to educate parents and healthcare professionals about the importance of early and regular eye exams. In addition to raising awareness, the organization is making significant contributions to important research and legislative initiatives.

I have personally experienced the results of this organization after attending a fundraiser for a child with Retinoblastoma in Washington State. The child's mother was thrilled to learn about RBI as a organization she could lean on for assistance.
