Icing smiles is a terrible place to do business with!! How do u deny a mother a cake for her son that is no longer here?! You know her story and couldn’t bare her battle!!! You don’t know how much she has been threw these last few months losing a son to cancer at such a young age!!! You said it was your busiest time of year!! Then ask if you could do his birthday?!?!??!! Do u know what she is feeling right now?!?! I CANT BELIEVE HOW HEARTLESS YOU ARE!!!!!! You better hope you never have to b in this situation!!!!!!!!!!!!
