I first heard of Kittys Purrsuit of Happiness approximately 4 years ago through Homer Blind WonderCat's Facebook page. At that time, the organization was trying to find homes for over 60 cats dues to the owner no longer being able to provide for the cats. I adopted two of those cats, MILO and JET. Both cats were transported to me from Tennessee at no cost. Both cats arrived neutered, vetted and with supplies including a cat bed, food and toys. Since that time I have helped support this organization that helps cats in difficult situations and often cats that no one is willing to invest time and money into. Recently one of my own cats was very sick with intussusception (his intestines had collapsed into itself) and KPOH helped raise some funds to assist with the cost of the surgery. This organization does a great job of rescuing abandoned cats, having them treated medically and finding new homes for them as well as caring for feral cats.
