This is a scam. I was approached at my university by two young people asking if I could donate money to help children in Burma. I told them I had no cash, and asked if they had a phone number so I could contact them when I had cash. The young man said he has no phone number. He said they could take credit card because they had the swipe thing on the phone, but it wasn't working so they would have to type in the numbers on my debit card. It is a scam, do not trust these people.
