Wounded Warrior has helped us more than any other organization. They have gone far beyond what we ever imagined. We contacted them scared and unsure of what was happening to my husband. No one, not even the VA, would tell us what his injury really was except for wounded warriors. They sent us to a retreat with other veterans going through the same thing, and gave us information and resources to get the help he needed. It didn't stop there. They never quit helping. They helped with finding and paying for a babysitter when we didn't have one for appointments. When our baby was diagnosed with leukemia the called regularly to check in to make sure we didn't need anything. They have even helped with school grants for the children. Because of Wounded Warriors Family Support, we have had a huge load removed time and time again so that we could focus on what is important.
