Review for International Association for Hospice and Palliative Care Inc, Houston, TX, USA
IAHPC has done a lot and is still doing a great deal to advance palliative care globally, and especially in the developing countries. IAHPC has supported training, advocating for essential palliative care drugs, developing Palliative care guidelines and bringing palliative care providers from around the world together.

Through support from IAHPC, I have been supported to present papers at palliative care conferences; I have been able, together with others, start a national palliative care association in my country-Kenya and have continuously received technical support.
