In a world of widespread hunger, environmental degradation associated with animal foods and the horrible animal abuse at factory farms the Good Food Institute has come along at just the right time to take our civilization to the next generation of food. Should GFI be successful in its efforts, and considering the fine leadership it's got it sure will, the next century will be one in which nobody has to go hungry to eat a healthy and affordable diet. No animal will have to suffer and factory farms will be a vague memory from the past. This is all coming due to GFI's promotion and financing (through New Crop Capital) of clean protein, the protein of the future. The fact that this young nonprofit organization has made "clean protein" a subject of household conversation and an internet staple shows just what a great job the institute is doing.
