The Irving Cares team provides such an awesome service to our community. I've donated, attended the Great Harvest and volunteered many times and I always come away with thinking "wow, these people do great things here." The best thing I feel is what their slogan says - "Hand up, not a hand out". Irving Cares not only gives their clients help with immediate needs but also tools to help provide for a better future. Additionally when there is a crisis such as a hurricane, they rally and act as a funnel for a lot of the relief efforts in the community. I'm proud to continue to support Irving Cares and the great work they do for our people.
