Review for Altered Tails Barnhart Clinic, Phoenix, AZ, USA

Altered tails is so helpful when capturing strays and feral cats. Rentals were reasonable and the people were kind to me and helpful when I had difficulty. I appreciate that they are here to help us with the many stray cats.
