After receiving a Hope Binder from the Childhood Leukemia Foundation I can now keep all of my child’s records in one place. The binder is just so helpful! It contains sections for medications, physician contact information, as well as test and lab results. Best of all this binder allows me to carry the important information about my child’s care when we go to the hospital, infusion room or the doctor’s office. We can’t thank the Childhood Leukemia Foundation enough for this wonderful resource, it has made such a difference in our personal battle with childhood cancer.
