Our food system is broken. We can't afford to raise animals for food conventionally at this scale any longer. The Good Food Institute has assembled an impressive team of experts to usher in a revolution in food. Their key strength is that they are targeting all aspects of plant-based meat and clean meat development and adoption, from the fundamental science of clean meat production to influencing policy decisions nationally to supporting small business owners in plant-based and clean meat ventures and making these items commercially competitive. GFI is an organization into which I am proud to put my money and my hope for the future.
