Kentuckiana Stroke Association is fulfilling such an important mission! We have made strides in reducing stroke mortality but incidence is not decreasing. Stroke is the #1 cause of disability and is 80% preventable. Education to the public about how to control risk factors and prevent stroke is indispensable! We need more of this work in the community!
