I met Vanessa Dalkha last year in IT-Ready, when she looked to return to the workforce as her daughter approached the end of 4th grade. After her IT-Ready graduation and getting her CompTIA A+ certification, she gained a job as an IT specialist with Hennepin County, the county government for Minneapolis. She tole me, “IT-Ready gave me the knowledge and confidence I needed to start a career that I hope will last for many years to come.”
