The LAPRF came to my rescue. I am a 31-year Reserve Ofcr, I suffered a stroke a year ago, and I was unable to return to work., my car insurance and property taxes came due. I reacted out and ask the Foundation for financial assistance, last Tuesday and received a check in the mail on Friday. It is really nice the Foundation came to my aid, in a Very Prompt response!
