I have done a cake for Icing Smiles and raised a little money for them as well. This is a great organization and I was honored to help. Meeting people dealing with a sick child is humbling and this organization provides something for these kids to smile. Their birthdays aren't always what they should be and the family already has so much to deal with. A cake may seem like something small, but it is something that the child can look forward to and enjoy and one less thing the family has to worry about.
