Open Heart Kitchen is a well respected nonprofit that has dedicated staff and volunteers and has continued to evolve how to expand its services in the Tri-Valley. Services include the hot meal program, the senior meal program, and the street outreach program. A key tenet is that we serve anyone who is need of a meal with dignity and respect. It has been a privilege to serve on the board of directors for the past eight years.

I have been on the board for the past few years, and continue to be impressed by the dedication of the staff and volunteers, community engagement, and positive impact that Open Heart Kitchen has in the Tri-Valley.
