Please do your research when donating money or horses to this "so called" theraputic riding foundation. A clients horse was donated to them this year when she fell out of their trailer, due to their neglience and suffered terrible road rash and cuts. Which was then neglected for a month after the initial stitching and antbiotic denied by field of dreams manager. This then caused terrible infection in joints. She was then disguarded when she was no longer in use and claimed her condition was preexisting. For 2 months with many trips from our vet we were able to get her almost well. Grievences were filed with both of their associations. The ending result after 4 months of tender loving care, rehab, many hours to treat and heal and many vet bills is that due to all the stress and earlier infections, her legs are not holding up. We have made the decision to lay her to rest. There is nothing theraputic - emotional nor disability related going on at this place. They run a recreational farm and take donors money and horses. I wouldn't give them a card board box to care for.
