Make more staff and resources available to assist the director in programming, fundraising, news writing and mentoring. I would help enlarge the Board of Directors so that it may provide essential support to the work of the organization.

There are tremendous pressures on media to become a narrow "silo" for information, creating a new "digital divide" - a nation of information "haves" and have-nots". Philanthropy is cutting back and a sustainable plan for the future faces many obstacles.
