FOTP has facilitated or directly sponsored numerous improvements to one of the most utilized parks in Dallas. In addition advocacy to the city has resulted in additional improvements.

The Friends was established when the park was in extreme disarray with area residents reluctant to utilize the park. Since that time with the focused effort of the Friends & support of the city, the park is a jewel in the city park system.

Friends of Tietze Park sponsors many worthwhile events and projects for our neighborhood park. Truly a worthwhile non-profit!
