RAR provides the highest standard of veterinary care (with a focus on spay/neuter programs) to homeless animals and those belonging to low income owners. Their willingness to travel by car/train/boat or any other means, to reach remote and poor areas of Romania, is proof of their dedication to save lives and improve animal wellbeing. I had the pleasure to witness one of their spay/neuter campaign first hand and I was impressed by their professionalism and hard work! Romania needs RAR!
