From its inception, it has been my joy and pleasure to "pay-it-forward" as a volunteer at the Village Project. Knowing what an organization such as this means to families who have been touched by cancer, is one of the most profound and rewarding experiences of my life. A community come together for the benefit of others in ways that are immeasurable. As a shopper, I see first hand the care taken in planning healthy meals for the clients and families. Beyond the kitchen, there have been countless hands and hearts helping these families on a journey no one wants to take. Thankfully, fewer and fewer have to walk alone with the support of the Village Project.
