Movement Exchange helped me to have the amazing opportunity to share dance with orphans and many other people in Panama. It not only let me to connect with children and share my love of dance but it helped me to learn more about Panama's dance and culture in return. Move Ex is all about not just giving but sharing dance and culture so that everyone involved can learn new things and make positive connections.
