Make people pay "forced donation" to "foster" dogs, which could potentially be sick and spread disease. Don't allow people who have dogs to take them for medical care- even if they pay for it? Use any reason to take dogs back and get a second "donation" for them. Read the reviews. Notice that they are cash only?

These dogs should be going to real volunteer foster homes to make sure they are okay before they go out into the general public, rather than having general public not trained "fostering". You should actually SCREEN people (and not just lose licenses?) before they take your dogs and then let them outright have the dogs- rather than some random arbitrary contract that you decide if it's violated on a whim so they forfeit their $300 "donation".

The animals health should be first and foremost. And it isn't. Read the reviews.

Guessing at one time they might have actually cared for the animals, but just seems like a front operation to make them money even though "non for profit". Horrible organization. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Go elsewhere.
