Needs the professionalism among the group. It's run at the whims and fancies of few and has limited itself to those pockets.

There should be a transperent and unbiased audit process enabled in such NGOs when they reach higher donations plus expenditure.

Accountability is missing from top and volunteer bleed during their contributions.
