can help me in volunteers who interest in volunteering abroad.are you stress in United States ? please come work in project
Away from home and away from culture. But Manabadi make sure you are close to Telugu language and culture as we make our kids learn language and we dive ourself into past thru the all the beautiful stories and poems that we learnt as a child. And our kids do the same.
Silicon Andhra is a wonderful organization to provide the great services to Telugu community in USA. This non profitable organization has a mission to spread our culture and the main motivation is to promote Telugu language to the younger generation as much as possible. I feel proud that I am a part of this organization to serve somethings to the kids in Manabadi. As a teacher, I love to work with the kids to teach the course curriculum.
Thanks and Regards,
Silicon Andhra is doing very good job to promote TELUGU language for the younger generations. The main aim of this non profitable organization is to create the cultural identity in the youth especially and also providing a good healthcare in the rural areas of India (Kuchipudi village,Krishna District,AP). My both of the sons are the students of Silicon Andhra ManabaDi and I feel proud that my wife is also contributing(teaching) in ManabaDi to support my TELUGU community.
Thanks and Regards,
Ravi Kumar Pisupati.
Siliconandhra is a great nonprofit organization which promotes Telugu language, culture and various art forms. I’ve been associated with the organization for over 5 years. The organization has initiated various projects like Sampada, Annamayya, FYLH Sanjeevani, TCF which I’ve been a part of proudly. Best wishes for future initiatives.
SiliconAndhra is one of the prestigious non-profit organization which promotes and raise awareness of Indian culture and tradition among the Telugu speaking people of United States of America.
One of the key objectives of Silicon Andhra is to educate the kids and youth born in US about the rich cultural ,art, music, dance, language, poetry, traditions and family values. The organization has sprouted many other pillars like ManaBadi, SAMPADA, University of SiliconAndhra, PalukuBadi and many more.
Silicon Andhra is the greatest place to maintain the Telugu Culture and Language among Telugu speaking people of the USA, this is a non-profit organization represents the aspirations of Telugu people in several authentic traditional ways.
I like the most important thing is learning & teaching the Telugu language for the children through ManaBadi school which is the most important foundation for retaining mother tongue heritage for the next generations,
I'm fortunate and privileged to be part of ManaBadi volunteer and coordinating events with the association of children and parents.
SiliconAndhra has been doing incredible service to mankind in promoting culture, education, and art throughout the world ! Their relentless efforts of helping the mankind, empowering young adults to raise funds for humanitarian causes, providing a common worldwide forum for education and certification in language and performing arts are greatly appreciated and recognized by several communities and organizations worldwide. The fact that they won 9 Guinness book of world records is an epitome of their quality and excellence in charity and humanitarianism. So many young hearts are turning into future leaders through this organization !
Good organization that helps kids learn their mother tongue through a systematic and methodical approach.
Manabadi is a non profit organization with great values. Kids come to school with great interest and I see a lot of progress in the kids. A lot of kids started speaking Telugu. The school not only teaches values but also the importance of the mother tongue. I recommend Manabadi to my friends and family. The school also encourages the Manabadi Graduates to volunteer as assistant teachers(Bala Guruvulu) again. I feel privileged to be a volunteer teacher.
They help our children to learn our language with a whole lot of volunteers. It is not just conversation but also how to read and write. Language is most important to pass on culture and values to our next generations.
Silicon Andhra is one of the best non profit orgs i have been working with.
It's FYLH (Future Young Leaders for Humanity), Telugu Culture promotional activities and Manabadi are invaluable. I wish all the best Silicon Andhra in it's future endeavors too.
A very dedicated organization to spread the culture and language. The team is always there to help and spread positivity among youngsters and clearly showing the endless possibilities how language connects people and use of the extra skill in day to day life. In this global world bring communities together is one of the biggest achievement of this organization.
Thanks to Manabadi for hosting this Manabadi Telugu classes in America, and giving an opportunity for kids to learn Telugu. Appreciate the great service for a great cause.
Silicon Andhra is a great non-profit organization with a great cause of teaching mother tongue to kids and adults internationally. It has initiated many other programs to spread and preserve Indian and Telugu culture for future generations! I have been associated with this organization as a volunteer for past 10 years.
SiliconAndhra is a great global not for profit organization in promoting Indian languages, culture, arts in various forms and community development for all levels of ages.
Some of the projects that me and my family are associated with are: MANABADI (Results oriented Telugu Language Teaching with prescribed curriculum and standards in place), SAMPADA (Various Art forms Certification Courses for all levels), ANNAMAYYA (Promoting compositions written by great Poet Annamayya), TCF (Festival to bring back community together by way of show casing various art forms in one platform), SANJIVANI (Building hospital for rural areas where in need).
Me and my family are very glad to work with such a wonderful principled organization and supporting team.
Very well organized way of service to culture and language very proud to be part of silicon Andhra family
Excellent program! thank you for the initiative and reviving Telugu language. So happy to see young kids learning Telugu!!
Indian kids who are Born and brought up in US had no knowledge on local language which their parents speak at home. Through this university now my kids are able to well communicate with family members back in India and also are also able to read and write Telugu language which is proud feeling for parents
My name is Kanyakumari Peruri, I am a parent, teacher, location coordinator and South regional coordinator for NJ. I am very proud to be a part of Silicon Andhra.
Sorry to tell this but I want you to know my regrets on this class. My daughter was studying from her 5 yr old in Manabadi. But there was no any good response for the efforts of my daughter, my husband and myself.
We are basically a Chennai based Telugu speaking family so we don't know the script. She has not missed even a single class in these 4 years. But the result is nothing. I have so much importance to mother tongue and was very eager that she would write and speak at least the basic.
Having volunteer teachers for all the concerns only reason is that they are also parents like you, they cannot put anything more than this.
Two hours she use to be in the class. She is such a good student to her teachers. In the sense of proper attention is given my daughter is great performer.
After 1st 2 yrs after reaching pravesam they did not concentrate on her. Just they easily told she had to repeat pravesam. If the teacher and center coordinator had put some efforts and then told this I would have felt ok. But the whole year they kept quite and at the end of the year they are telling your daughter performance is not sufficient.
She had 100% attendence. I even requested them that I am ready to pay additionally for any tuition or extra classes. They appointed a 8th grade student to teacher. It was of no use.
Again it waste of time. For everything I supported them.
Finally daughter gained nothing from this class of 4 yrs paying $1200.
Only happiness is the annual recital.
She use to sing some Telugu rhymes,
all because I made her practice at home.
This teaching and syllabus is not fit for parents like me who don't know the script.
Basically they are happy with kids who clear the exams not about the struggling kids and parents like me.
I am sure this would be the case in all the centers, my case is Fremont south.
I am sure they put lots of efforts but
Nothing was useful to me.
Amazing organization can wonders and did many. I was involved almost day one, my life tied to SiliconAndhra. I always feel I could completely dedicate for the organization.
Great achievement is recent inauguration of Hospital in rural India serving 100K+ poor and lower middle class citizens of India. It was great journey and kudos to entire organization.
Back in US continues efforts to connect the community through culture and arts. University of SiliconAndhra is icon which is growing day by day offering many courses.
I can write all my day about SiliconAndhra however from bottom of my heart I feel this is the best organization to get Top Rate.
RaviPrakash SiliconAndhra Sanjivani MultiSpeciality Hospital dedicated to the humanitarian cause and committed to serve the needy, wonderful efforts by One & All. Congratulations & Best Wishes to Anand Kuchibhotla garu, The Doctors, The Nurses and The Ground Team in making the day to day operations a success.
SiliconAndhra is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, non-political, non-religious, cultural and community organization based in the Silicon Valley (Bay Area), California with goals to maintain and perpetuate the Telugu Samskruti (Culture), Sahityam (Literature) and Sampradayam (Tradition) amongst the Telugu speaking people across the world.
I have been a volunteer of SiliconAndhra since 2003, helped in Manabadi (to teach our mother tongue - Telugu to the next generation kids in US). They have taken up few other wonderful initiatives like UofSA, SAMPADA which in turn benefit the community in all ways, lay a platform & path for the next generation. It is one big family of hard working & passionate volunteers from all around the world who come together to make a difference in everyone's life . I feel blessed and have immense joy to be a part of this Vasudhaika Kutumbam.
Currently helping with Jayaho Kuchipudi. Part of that development is project Sanjivani in Kuchipudi village - collecting donations from all sources for building a multi speciality hospital to benefit underprivileged residing in 60-70 villages with medical facilities. This hospital which in turn also serves/saves thousands of lives, to be completed by October 18, 2018.

Silicon Andhra is an organization which is for ever committed for creating/providing basic facilities to the people of rural areas in the fields of Art, Infrastructure, Health Care, Education etc.
Kuchipudi village in Krishna District of Andhra Pradesh, India is provided with Cement Concrete Roads, Renovation of Schools, Drinking Water Taps & Lavatories for individual homes, Parks LED Street Lights etc. I personally witnessed the happiness of villagers as they are leading a much better life than before. And people of village always express their gratitude to Silicon Andhra for this.
Recently commissioned Sanjivani Multi-Specialty Hospital in the village not only takes care of medical needs of the people of village but also the needs of people of many villages around it as well. This is a fabulous gesture on the part of Silicon Andhra. This hospital would save thousands lives as there is no multi-specialty hospital nearby.
The relentless services being rendered by Silicon Andhra towards basic needs of society is phenomenal. Commitment of Management and Volunteers towards this is awesome.

Services of Silicon Andhra towards creating Kuchipudi Village, in Krishna District of the state of Andhra Pradesh in India, as Smart Village is adorable. Silicon Andhra’s focus on improved resource-use efficiency, empowered local self-governance, access to assured basic amenities and responsible individual and community behavior to build vibrant and happy society has resulted in shaping Kuchipudi as Smart Village has yielded results.
As part of Health Care Development, the ongoing construction of Sanjivani Multi-Specialty Hospital in the village not only takes care of medical needs of the people of village but the needs of people of many villages around it as well. This is a fabulous gesture of Silicon Andhra. This hospital is going to be commissioned soon for public needs.
Our kids enjoy learning telugu, as it makes easy to communicate with us and our parents. We encourage SiliconAndhra to coming up with more programs like Manabadi.
It has been a blessing to send my kid to the language classes they offer. My kid not only developed interest but also able to talk to grandparents in our language
SiliconAndhra has been the back bone of Telugu (a south Indian language) with respect to language, culture, literature and heritage. They have done tremendous work in this language and have propagated and preserved our language not only in America but also in other countries outside of India. They achieve this by regularly conducting cultural events that depict Indian Language, Culture, Literature and heritage and will also make kids part of it, so they are motivated to learn and keep in tough with this rich language.
They have established Telugu school called "Manabadi" to enable kids who were born and brought up in countries outside India to learn Telugu Language and keep in touch with their cultural roots. In most of the centers and school districts, this study also accounts for foreign language credits for high school students.
They have also established the first University for Indian Studies outside of India called "University of Silicon Andhra" and have been offering amazing courses in Indian arts and languages and have been running the university successfully for 2 years.
They also have a program named "Sampada", which quantifies an Indian fine art learned by a student from any guru by conducting junior and senior level certification exams.
For all the above academics there is a curriculum set by reputed universities and stalwarts in the field of study.
Only few organizations can boast of some ordinary people coming together on common purpose and accomplishing extraordinary results, that too without any personal or commercial gains!
SiliconAndhra and it’s team are so motivated to make a difference in the world that they are not only doing amazing things by themselves but are being a superb motivation and role model for many others to follow. Proud to be associated with a great organization with a common purpose and vision!
An organization that is promoting the great Telugu language by teaching them to the future generation, i.e. kids, in various countries of the world.
I've been working with this phenomenal organization for the past 10 years as a Vice President. SiliconAndhra is such a prestigious, outstanding, committed, responsible and accountable organization that relentlessly promotes Telugu literature, heritage, and culture. Alongside that, it promotes all the Indian languages & art forms through its initiatives like ManaBadi, SAMPADA (SiliconAndhra Music, Performing Arts & Dance Academy), University of SiliconAndhra etc. We are extremely proud to say that this is the one and only organization in the world that has been making a difference since its inception in 2001 and has earned 9 Guinness World Records so far by promoting Indian languages, culture, and art forms.
SiliconAndhra is an amazing Non-profit organization which got nine Guinness book of world records so far by serving the Telugu community in the USA and in India from the year 2001. I work as a volunteer for this terrific organization for more than eight years. My daughter got an opportunity to learn her mother-tongue through ManaBadi which is one of the initiatives (Flagship) of SiliconAndhra. Many hundreds of volunteers are working for this organization with a lot of passion and dedication. SiliconAndhra's mission is to maintain and perpetuate the Telugu Samskruti (Culture), Sahityam (Literature) and Sampradayam (Tradition) among the Telugu speaking people of USA. I think it has been achieved and will continue to put the same effort in the future too. I like each and every initiative like Internationa Kuchipudi conventions, Saint Annamacharya Birthday Celebrations, University of SiliconAndhra, International Telugu Internet Conference, ManaBadi, Telugata, Vadyakarula Sammelanam, and its recent SAMPADA program etc., from this top rated organization. I wish this organization should continue its service in the same lines and last forever. God Bless SiliconAndhra! God Bless America! Happy July 4th!
I've two girls(level 2 & 4) in Manabadi school. I love the concept of my kids learning mother tongue inspite of us being far from motherland. The volunteers in the organization are so enthusiastic and very passionate to teach kids . My kids enjoy the classes and learn at the same time. I recommend the classes to anyone who want their kids to learn the Telugu language.
A great organization which is working to spread the greatness & beauty of the Telugu language across the globe
Very honest & friendly organization
SiliconAndhra is a nonprofit organization that I am proud to be a part of. SiliconAndhra’s efforts in the past have helped hundreds of thousands of people in rural villages in South India and they are still going to continue helping these people in need. SiliconAndhra has built bus stations, public restrooms and toilets in households that didn’t have them, paved roads for better travel and transportation of goods, and their most recent project was building a $5 million multi-specialty hospital that would provide quality healthcare to 156 villages in India. I joined SiliconAndhra’s nationwide initiative, Future Young Leaders for Humanity, which was comprised of youth leaders across the U.S. that raised money in their states to donate for the creation of this hospital, and I successfully raised approx. $10,000 for he buildin of this hospital. The hospital just recently opened on Oct. 18th, and it is now helping thousands of poverty stricken villagers receive healthcare that wasn’t provided before. SiliconAndhra plans to continue providing the necessary amenities and institutions for better living in places that are in need and have skyrocketing poverty levels.
With its relentless pursuit of quality and excellence in promoting culture, community development, and providing humanitarian services, SiliconAndhra achieved greater heights in whatever project/program it has taken up. It inspired adults, youth, kids from all around the world to be part of a global family that not only serves mankind but also produces next gen leaders !
I am very glad to work with such an wonderful and supporting team....It is a blessing to be a part of silicon andhra ....
One of leading Nonprofits in world making a difference in the lives of thousands of people with the noble pursuit to support traditional arts and languages..
The only not for profit started by Telugu community in USA that is stick to its ideals of promoting Indian art and culture in our form without any deviation. Their commitment is ultimate. Their recent projects Manabadi. SAMPADA, Sanjivini hospital are one of its kind initiatives done by any not for Profit organisations. Undoubtedly they are doing a great service.
Silicon Andhra has been doing really great job in all aspects. It has adopted a historic village and totally changed the image of the village. Now it has undertaken a construction of Hospital that caters to more than 100 villages around Sanjivani. I have been very scared to make donations all through to any non profit organisations because our hard earned money is not going to the right people. But once I closely involved and observed the activities and progress, every dollar is being wisely and correctly spend and is reaching to the needy the way it should. Just can't express how grateful we all are to this organisation !!
SiliconAndhra is an amazing Non-profit organization and I am very proud to be associated with this Organisation. SA has got many Guinness book of world records by serving the Telugu community in the USA and in India from the year 2001. I am working as a volunteer from Canada for this organization for almost three (3) years. My daughter got an opportunity to participate in Kuchipudi Maha Brunda Natyam through SA in Dec 2014 and eventually my relation with this organization changed from interest to love and passion. SiliconAndhra's mission is to maintain and perpetuate the Telugu Samskruti (Culture), Sahityam (Literature) and Sampradayam (Tradition) among the Telugu speaking people in North America. SA has introduced Manbadi, teaching telugu to telugu family kids and has different levels of examinations which are very useful and encouraging for the kids. Recently we have SAMPADA program which is much more interesting. I wish this organization many many more success stories and love to continue as a volunterr in supporting many good causes this organization takes up including adoption of Kuchipudi Village, which is my most and foremost interest. I see amazing transformation of the village and anyone who visited this village before can not recognize the village as of today.
Silicon Andhra is growing a lot every year and offering more services to poor people in Rural India by adopting villages, improving the infrastructure, providing rehabilitation and building hospitals to provide healthcare.
Excellent piece of commitment and determination in providing service in education, health and preserving traditions. Building a super speciality hospital in Kuchipudi to server thousands of poor people around Kuchipudi. Outstanding leadership in managing the organization with various service related projects around the world. Phenomenal in building a strong bridge between culture and traditions and promoting Indian fine arts.
I am Dr. T. K. Saroja, a Carnatic Vocalist. Silicon Andhra has been striving incessantly to uplift the Indian ideology and culture through its various unique activities. The promotion of language, arts, particularly dance and music, educational programs through the University of Silicon Andhra, along with activities like adapting the village Kuchipudi, building up great infrastructure to reinforce the cultural and social conditions have been the kind of its endeavours showcasing the broad spread motives. The spirit of involving thousands and lakhs of people in its activities is quite evident of projecting its final goal which is aiming for "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" , the entire world as one family. The organisation's belief in achieving its goal through spreading of Indian arts and culture is highly commendable and inspiring. I am very fortunate to have associated with such an esteemed organisation, through University of Silicon Andhra.
I was approached by eminent collegues of Indian classical music to work as a faculty member with Silicon Andhra. Though i was a little tentative at the beginning, I realised quite fast, that this was a group of people whose dedication to the cause of propagation and education in core areas of Indian heritage-learning such as live performing arts traditions and literature is far beyond what I had imagined or come across in my experience as an academic. This is a team that long term vision. They dreams big, and at the same time have the technical capability and resources to bring those dreams into reality. They are willing to take one step at a time, and move towards a larger goal progressively. The head of Silicon Andhra, Mr. Anand Kuchibhotla, has inspired a number of people in the community to take up the mission of SIlicon Andhra as their own, and contribute immensely to the cause. The team of Silicon Andhra, works not as a work-team, but more as a family and they take their responsibility to the students, families and staff members very seriously.
With a vision, leadership to carry forward that vision with efficiency and effiectiveness, resources to execute it, and a community rallying behind and willing to contribute their mite, SIlicon Andhra is sure to make waves in the near future.
Silicon Andhra is a collective dream envisaged by a group of individuals who are completely dedicated and committed to the ideology of art, culture and learning. With primary emphasis on service and relationship, this organisation has surged forward to scale heights ,hitherto untouched by most. Best Wishes for all their endeavors!
Hai I am Dr. P. Ramadevi, A senior KUCHIPUDI exponent from Hyderabad. My association with Silicon Andhra is from 2008. Since then I have been watching their services to best for the upliftment of KUCHIPUDI DANCE, KUCHIPUDI village, encouraging children in USA to learn Telugu language, our culture, by offering courses and conducting competitions etc.. it's not only these few , mygod every step they take is a very innovative and most perfectly finishes too. I am strong admirer of Silicon Andhra because of their UNITY, HARD WORK, SINCERITY, NO EXPECTSTIONS, THEY DONT WORK FOR NAME OR RECOGNITION. Every member of this organization is well settled in their busy profession, yet they find time to work hard for this organization. It's amazing to see them working up to 2in the night again before going to work they are there to do work for Silicon Andhra. I feel so blessed to be associated with them.
This is the best thing happened to me. Silicon Andhra Manabadi provided me an excellent network of like minded people who all are serving selflessly for the common cause to enrich our children by teaching Telugu. I believe this is a great opportunity to anyone who is willing to giveback to the society to provide better lives to our future generations. Let us NOT loose our history which brought to this far. Jayaho Silicon Andhra! Jayaho Manabadi!
I am very happy to say that my daughter is very lucky to be part of Manabadi. She learnt a lot of vocabulary and very good in writing and speaking.
Thanks to Manabadi team and Silicon Andhra to start this kind of nonprofit organization and providing Telugu literacy to the NRI kids.
Silicon Andhra has been a big part of our life. It's a great organization to keep our mother tongue Telugu and Telugu culture alive in our next generation. It provides various opportunities to showcase our children's talents in singing, dancing, poem recital etc. It is a great platform for our children to witness legendary performances in various fields of fine arts.
I have known Silicon Andhra for a long time. My son was fortunate enough to attend the Mana Badi program which strives to teach kids Telugu. Silicon Andhra undertakes several programs that help to keep cultural heritage of Telugu people all over the world. They undertake several programs that strive to restore and maintain our heritage in India as well as in United States. They undertook an amazing Kuchipudi village heritage restoration program. Building roads, hospitals and other essential services. We need more and more organizations like this.
Silicon Andhra and I are of the same age. Over the past 16 years, Silicon Andhra has not only given me one of a kind opportunities such as platforms to perform, a chance to learn about my culture and heritage, but also has become my extended family. The amount of love, affection, and support the Silicon Andhra family has showered me with throughout the past 16 years is definitely unconditional. Growing up in the United States, 20,000 miles away from family in India, one would assume that kids here would be detached from their original customs and traditions. Silicon Andhra has proved the opposite; I was so fortunate to be one of the first ever students to join ManaBadi the year it started, and feel privileged to have been given the opportunity to learn how to read/write/speak my language as well as participate in annual performances through ManaBadi. The small skits and plays our ManaBadi class prepared for the annual event led me to find my passion in singing and acting. Joining Silicon Andhra is a wonderful way to be involved in the community as well as participate in cultural traditions and practices. I wish Silicon Andhra many more successes in the future, and I hope it continues to positively affect future generations of kids like me.
- Anusha Kuchibhotla
It has been a really wonderful journey with silicon Andhra since 2008. Have been volunteering each and every event conducted by this organisation. It's always filled with vibrant colours of our culture and heritage it's really wonderful how they teach the younger generations the importance of our culture and traditions. Last but not least am proud being the "Silicon Andhra Adapaduchu". I wish Silicon Andhra to grow a lot as an organisation and help in building a better world.
Silicon Andhra is a great Non Profit Organization and a role model for other non profits.
I was associated with Silicon Andhra activities since 2007, when I was the President of Telugu Association of Greater Chicago, another non profit organization. Since then I am involved in their major activities like Mana Badi, International Kuchipudi Dance festival etc,.
Their recent project of a 200 bed hospital at Kuchipudi Village in India is a role model.
I visited the KuchipudiVillage during Feb 2016 during my visit to India. I am amazed to see the progress in the Village after Silicon Andhra adopted it.
This organization far exceeds all the expectations of the well wishers and Donors, and challenges other non profits.
I wish the volunteers and Leadership all the best.
I would like to thank Manabadi for giving me opportunity to teach Telugu language to this generation of kids and spread the importance of learning mother tongue. Manabadi organization has done wonderful job in spreading the word by all means of communication available to reach people globally. I am associated with Manabadi since 2012 and it's been a great journey since then. Volunteering with Manabadi has helped me meet new people in the community, make new friends, learn and spread importance of our language, culture and more important have fun and fulfillment in life.
It has been a pleasure to be part of SiliconAndhra for the last 15 years. Organizations come and go, several of them struggle to last long for various reasons. But, with SiliconAndhra, I haven't seen any one having any ulterior motive, but sincerely working towards the core principles of promoting, keeping alive the culture both in time (for future generations) and space (all over the world), doing good to the community by taking up unsurmountable projects where there is such need, and succeeding. The leadership has awe inspiring vision that keeps broadening every day. It is a great place to be where learning never stops and provides opportunities/avenues to make world a better place. It is an all-embracing organization and has a close-knit family environment despite being spread across wide area.
SiliconAndhra is a wonderful organization that has given me a good community support of like minded people whom i can call family. It has been conducting fantastic programs that has given local folks a good avenue to express their creativity. It has been very helpful in connecting people back to their the telugu / indian roots, I have been associated with silicon andhra in various roles, Member / voluteer / donor / admirer. I love the way Silicon Andhra has been promoting bharatiyata and telugutanam. To name the few,
1. Annamacharya Jayanti
2. Telugu Cultural Festival
4. Kuchipudi Sammelanam
6. Andhra Kutumba Sibhiram
After getting involved in many of the silicon andhra events, I would tell one and all, They have a great team with great intentions, this is a great platform for every one to come, participate and make a difference.
