This program is the best way to help kids get excited about their own health, including exercise, sleep, nutrition and emotional topics, taught in ways kids can understand. The classes are excellent and always hands-on. HLP teaches our classes in Spanish at our school, with the same excellent instructor for the last several years. Her Spanish and instructional techniques are amazing; I am always so happy to have her in the classroom.
