Transition professionals which was created by Bonnie O. I have seen so many lives changed by Bonnie and her team! they are awesome! They work really hard with each individual, family, other agencies to help and micromanage and what ever it takes basically, when it comes to helping her clients, glad (and not surprised) to see they are, and keep plugging away at helping anyone who really needs to get where they need to be, weather it be housing, mental health, addiction, or just basic guidance. they are always there to help and wonderful people-Paul Nickels Homeless Advocate

An amazing non profit, award winning Family oriented Organization! In Bergen County. They do amazing work. I have referred so many homeless and thoughts with Mental Health conditions. Some received one of the best, the best things a homeless needs, that is housing. When i see them take a homeless person and then get them a housing voucher, a housing voucher with case management, The person changes, working on little to know money they have helped so many. It's amazing work they do. They have built a huge network of resources that can help individuals from all walks of life. Just simply great!

Bonnie O'Brien and her exceptional team and transformed clients into inspirations at Transition professionals are such great advocates! I learned and always learning that all these great people and all of us deserve second chances and they have helped me learn to become productive members of society! I have seen so many people transformed and gives me strength to pay it forward. Helping people come out of jail like i have seeing people go from homeless and hopeless to hopeful and thrive not just survive is amazing!
