My friend fosters for OPH and has always talked highly of this organization. Not long ago, she took in two little brothers (very young chihuahua mixes) and immediately started sending me pictures. She's obviously aware of my fondness for Chihuahuas. Within a few weeks my boyfriend and I were adopting them. The process was easy but thorough and I highly recommend this organization. They were wonderful. They also helped us to find two of the most adorable little men we could ever ask for. I am forever grateful.
