I tried to fundraise for the Ehlers Danlos Society through this company, but agter seeing that my own trial donation did not work, I did not want to put it on my FB page to fundraise and wanted to delete my account. This has been impossible up to date, them arguing that they cannot delete account for taxes reasons! I can understand that if someone HAS raised money through them, but it makes absolutely no sense if they haven't. There was no way I could get them to delete or cancel the account. I find this totally unacceptable and damaging for the societies that use them to raise funding. I would not reccommend getting involved with this company. I did by mistake, as the Ehlers Danlos Society had a link taking me to them in order to do a fundraising campaign.
UPDATE: After a long series of e-mails back and forth, they finally said they misunderstood and have now deleted my account.
