Review for Moore Place, Chicago, IL, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Moore Place helps women and children get back on their feet. The families can truly trust and depend on Moore Place. Moore Place doesn't just give hand-outs, they focus on empowering women so they can be strong again. The computers are used for finding jobs and educational placement.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I helped set up the computers and DSL system. While I was there the director, Mrs. Moore insisted on giving me something to drink and eat. They are so kind and giving.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

I would rally to get them more computers.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

They truly think of other people

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Bring awareness to our youth, so they can understand that when a boy/man hits a girl/woman, it doesn't mean that he loves her.

Ways to make it better...

I could have hooked up more computers

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

They are going to grow, and help tons of people.

One thing I'd also say is that...

Moore Place is doing great things.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every six months

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?

Role:  Volunteer & I set up all the computers and DSL.
