SV@Home is a young non-profit, launching formally in 2015. In the two years since the official launch, the organization has proved itself as the central advocacy organization for affordable housing in Santa Clara County. The organization focuses on advocacy for sites and funding for affordable housing, and providing essential information to the wide network of other organizations and firms working in the housing and affordable housing space. The result is local governments are being held more accountable to make responsible decisions in relation to addressing our area's housing affordability crisis. A membership organization, SV@Home is unique to organizations of its ilk in other areas in that it has created a much bigger tent of supporters including non-profit housing developers, for-profit housing developers, major corporations, social advocacy organizations, financial institutions, elected and appointed officials, and many community leaders and individuals. That kind of diversity leads to much more influence. With an experienced and outstanding board and staff, SV@Home is a quality organization that will prove to be a worthwhile investment for a donor.

CSMA has provided wonderful experiences for everyone in my family--music lessons plus music and art classes for me; music lessons and art summer camps for my kids; volunteer leadership and employment opportunities for my kids; and free concerts and art exhibits that our family had experienced for years. My kids also both had the music and art curriculum in their elementary school provided by CSMA. It's good to know also that CSMA makes its services available to people of all ages and abilities, regardless of ability to pay. It's a valuable community resource.
