I had submitted my paperwork and the treatment plan. They had approved me for $450 back in January 2017 and they had said that they would send the money to the vet clinic. I had believed their word and had waited until March 31st when I had some money to pay the rest of the balance off. I was assuming that the balance was going to be at least $1200. So, I had called the clinic and to my surprise, it was $2400. I had sent an email to this foundation asking what happened to the $450 that they approved me for. They sent me an email back stating that they haven't heard from me since January 25th and they haven't received an invoice from the vet clinic. The charity assumed that my dog had already had her surgery., which she didn't. That email proved that the staff had lied to me and never sent an email asking questions about my dog's surgery and had me believed that they donated the money when they never did. They are deceptive.
