I have been enrolled as a SCSEP intern in 3 capacities for almost 4 years. I have spent time in the SCSEP office, at One Stop in Wheaton. Kensington Club at JCA and I am back in the SCSEP office. The SCSEP program which provides training and a stipend thru Senior Service America and is administered thru JCA, has been a lifeline to hundreds of older workers who became SCSEP interns, and I am one. SCSEP has provided me with and continues to provide me with support through various health problems. I am currently involved in the Job Club, which will help me find permanent employment.
