As a volunteer with Gaithersburg HELP I have worked with JCA for over a year. One of the services provided by Gaithersburg HELP is free transportation for seniors and adults with disabilities to medical and social service appointments. JCA created the VillageRides collaboration to help support volunteer transportation in the greater Washington DC area. VillageRides has helped us and other similar organizations by providing access to cloud-based ride scheduling software, training classes for drivers and schedulers, and marketing and outreach efforts. Their staff is a group of top-notch caring individuals, and I continue to enjoy working with them!
