The group chats have been a vital part in my rehabilitation. It is so important to be able to talk to other people who have similar challenges with chronic pain. Everyone who participates in group chat is positive and the moderators do an amazing job of keeping spirits up even if we are discussing a difficult topic. Although we don't all have the same issues, each person provides new insight into some of the challenges we each face dealing with chronic pain.
