I have been volunteering with or directing children's ministries for more than 15 years, and I have LOVED working with ITG. In the past few years, the ITG team has partnered with us for the THSC Kids Convention, and it has been nothing but a pleasure working with each young person and staff member. I have always been extremely impressed by the skills, creativity, and leadership training that the students are given, and that then oozes out of them constantly! I highly recommend them both for excellent training and professionalism in everything I've seen them undertake.
