I could not be happier with this OUTSTANDING rescue organization! Rachael, Marni, & the volunteer staff are devoted & work tirelessly on behalf of their 4-legged clients. I checked out other shelters & rescue groups, but none were as responsive & skilled as Muddy Paws Rescue in getting dogs from high-kill shelters down south quickly into forever homes in NYC. They hold adoption events several times each week & there's opportunity to connect with those fostering the dogs. The application & adoption process went quickly & smoothly, & I'm a proud "failed" foster parent because I adopted the dog I was fostering (Lovey, previously Phoebe). I so highly recommend this organization that I now contribute to them on an ongoing basis so that they can continue their invaluable work.
