The IT Ready program has become our pipeline for new employees within our Service Desk or Desktop Support teams. We have employed 12 interns and have offered full-time employment to almost all of them. These candidates are appealing because in addition to arriving with a good base of technical knowledge; they have also been trained on soft skills and accountability.
