I am a small business owner who has supported the mission of Assistance League for many years. This all volunteer organization does amazing work in my community. I especially appreciate that they are excellent stewards of my contributions, spending a very modest amount of their revenue on overhead and management costs. I also have the opportunity to volunteer with them and see my donations at work. Operation School Bell is my favorite program. It takes 4000 kids shopping for school clothes every fall.
