Review for The Prem Rawat Foundation, Los Angeles, CA, USA
I have seen what the Food for People program/ FFP - organized by the Prem Rawat foundation -does for children in India, Nepal and Ghana. The children get good warm meals, the parents too and this has a significant impact on their health. I have also seen the very positive impact of the Peace education program in many jails, on inmates, as has been documented in the very impressive film "inside peace". On the website of TPRF.org you can see in how many countries these free programs are given, in jails and Universities and also the research that has been done, to evaluate and improve these programs. You can also start to help yourself , in your own country, because the PEP (Peace Education Program) is an incredible and inspiring program, that really did change a lot of people and it keeps inspiring more and more people, to get back to our roots of being kind, as humans ! I know many volunteers, who work for TPRF personally and i really admire their hard work and passion, to help those in need. Also i know that its all volunteers, so that all the money goes to those, who really need the food and the help, as you can read in the annual report and the Charity Monitor has given the highest star rating, for transparency and reliability in the 2 humanitarian programs (FFP & PEP). I am grateful to be able to help TPRF as a volunteer, meeting so many kind people, from so many countries all over the world. Thank you !
