Movement Exchange is breaking new ground by uniting dance and service. There is an exchange of ideas, movement, experience, and inclusion unique to those who have participated and understood its benefits first hand. Those receiving dance classes are exploring themselves in a new way that crosses any boundaries that may exist personally or collaboratively with others in a safe environment. Those who are teaching are learning how to bridge gaps and bring themselves to meet new challenges and embrace diversity.
