I am a new employee to Mainstay Life Services, but have worked in social services since 1998. I have worked in several different states and different agencies. So from the point of view of experience, I can honestly say Mainstay knows how to run a non-profit business that respects its employees, the consumers they service, in a positive healthy working environment that fosters growth and independence. All of which is hard to come by in this field. I am happy I applied and accepted this position. Thank you Mainstay!
