I have supported CompTIA and its Creating IT Futures Foundation for years. They have assembled a great team that is truly interested in building the next generation of IT professionals. There is great opportunity right now and in the years ahead for individuals to fill the talent gap as baby boomers continue to exit the workforce. The Foundation is working hard to make that happen by partnering with organizations and schools in order to educate young professionals and teens on the great career opportunities in the technology industry. It's very satisfying to help an organization with their level of dedication and the ability to introduce people to rewarding new careers.
