This assisted living facility treated my mother very badly after a new administrator was hired. They were found to have violated my mother's rights by the Florida Ombusdman and were cited for violations by the State of Florida for the way she was discharged and as recently as 8/29/16 for not providing medication to a patient. My mother contributed as a donor for many years and when she became ill they took her to the Eglin Emergency room and left her there with a note. We were shocked at their careless actions as were the doctors and nurses at the Eglin AFB hospital. Documentation can be found on the ACHA website of the violations:

The only good thing is the facility is beautiful and some of the employees were nice, so I give it one star.
