IDES was on the ground immediately after the tornadoes hit Joplin MO and Moore OK twice. The service they provide to residents who have lost everything is vital in their recovery and rebuilding efforts. Our church has worked alongside IDES to help provide relief on several occasions. In addition to that our church supports them financially on a regular basis. It is a blessing to partner with a relief organization that is a faithful steward of their resources. The bottom line is that hurting people are helped in the name of Christ.
