Well I have been dealing with Heather at OPH since last year and I believe she could have thought I was just an internet stalker just wanting someone to talk to, because every time we were interested in a dog, it was either too sick yet or we had medical problems in our home and I had just lost my Mother, then several months later our one dog died and then two months later the other one died, so we had a lot to deal with all in less than one year. On my Mother's Birthday, I finally looked back on the website and saw Shade which her name is now Tehya - Native American for Precious. I told Heather we wanted to see her and her background was sad, but we went and met up with the Foster Parents Tracy and her husband. We decided we would take her and met them the following Saturday at PetValu in Virginia. The Foster Parents could not have been any nicer and easy to talk to and easy to get together with them. Heather thank you for all your patience during the time period we were trying to get ourselves back together again. She is doing good. We just have to get used to her crazy ways and she is getting used to us I think after six weeks. Thanks again OPM for all you do and your rescue was the only one that I dealt with that was the best.
