" I met Jesus on the Internet! "
This statement was excitedly shared with me by our Chinese tour guide at the Great Wall of China. The tour guide went on to explain that she and her friends found a site online that explained who Jesus was and how they could know Him personally. I asked if the site was Global Media Outreach and it was! At the time my husband and I were on an expat assignment in Asia and I was working with GMO as an online missionary!
Our tour guide told me that she and her friends had continued to meet up and get on the Internet to learn more about Christianity and had found the site very helpful in their spiritual growth. What a blessing to be able to witness first hand a life changed forever by the technology of the Internet! Upon my return to the United States I began training other Christians to share their faith online and became a mentor for a GMO community that shares their faith daily electronically!
GMO is an amazing ministry that is truly changing lives around the world!
