Icing Smiles has made a tremendous difference to so many families. The concept is simplistic and yet the impact is profound. The organization not only supports the child with the medical condition but the siblings; those who often take a back seat in any crisis. Icing Smiles is truly fantastic, the bakers are selfless in their time and talents. This is the best non profit to volunteer for and support across the board.
